Orders placed will be shipped in a timely manner. If we are out of stock on a product, we will let you know by phone or email. Unless the item ordered had a stock status of "On Order". "On Order" means on order with the manufacture. Any products that has been put on backorder will be shipped out, unless the buyer cancels it by email. All orders are shipped using Fedex only. Signature is required for shipments valued over $100. This is for your security. Any order being shipped by Air, 3 day, or to Alaska or Hawaii, will receive a call or email with the shipping cost and must be in by 10:30am to ship that day unless there is a problem with your order which will delay processing. We will not ship until we receive a confirmation from you. Also, WE CAN ONLY SHIP TO THE BILLING ADDRESS. Free shipping on certain items is by FEDEX GROUND in the continental USA only.
No PayPal, C.O.D., Checks, Money Orders, P.O. Boxes, FPO or APO please! Only Visa, Mastercard and Discover. California residents will be charged a tax of 8%. Also, we do not accept international credit cards.
Merchandise Return Policy:
All defective or missing parts are warranted or serviced through the manufacturer only. Due to the sensitive nature of the items sold in this store, all returns on items must be in new and unopened condition. No refunds or credits will be granted on opened or used merchandise. Due to manufacturers policies on electric and gas products, such as speed controls, radios, motors, chargers, engines, and etc, are warranted only through the manufacturer. All merchandise returned must be in the original unopened package and must not be used. Also, no returns on electronics. 20% restocking fee on all returned merchandise. Return it via insured carrier within 14 days of original purchase for a refund. Include a copy of the receipt. Shipping charges will not be refunded. All authorized returns must have a return authorization number on the box, if not, the package will be refused and sent back.

If an order includes items that can and cannot be expressed
delivered, the total shipping fees will reflect regular ground
rates and express rates (not all items will be expressed).
PARTIAL SHIPMENTS: We make every effort to ship all
products in a single shipment. If, for any reason, we cannot ship one or
more items due to backorder, we will contact you.
CANCELING ORDERS: You may cancel an order within 24 hours
if the order has not shipped yet by calling 714-538-3111. Cancellation
of orders already being processed by our shipping department will be
subject to a 10% cancellation fee based on the total amount of the
order. We cannot cancel orders that are already packed and/or shipped.
If your order has already been shipped by the time we receive your
cancellation request, you must go through the return process and will be
subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refusal of the shipment from the
carrier will result to a two-way shipping charge. We strongly recommend
that you accept the merchandise and then proceed through our normal
RECEIVING PARTS: Please inspect the parts immediately
after receiving your order. Damages and evidence of tampering on the
outer packaging must be noted on the delivery receipt of the driver.
DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 48 HOURS of receiving the order. No
exceptions. WRONG ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS of
receiving the order. No exceptions.
INCORRECT PARTS: Although we do everything we can to get
the right part to you, unusual mistakes can happen. If we ship the wrong
part, we will pick it up and replace it. Please let us know immediately
if you receive the wrong part by calling 714-538-3111.
The replacement item will be shipped when we receive the wrong item.
Replacements will be shipped based on the original shipping method.
- Call 714-538-3111 and get a return authorization number(RAN). (Without an RAN number, your return may
be refused by our receiving department.)
- Write the RAN number on the outside of the box and return it
freight prepaid to the address on your invoice.
- Refunds will be processed and issued when we receive the items
- No credits can be issued for damaged items received.
